At Go Vegan World we want to ensure that everyone who supports us feels confident about how we look after and use any personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use and store your personal information. Personal information means any information that identifies or could identify you, including email addresses and IP addresses.

This policy may change and when we make changes we will add the updated version to our website and send an update to anyone still subscribed to our newsletter.

For some requests for leaflets and stickers we ask ZLS Digital, who print our materials, to send them out on our behalf. For that purpose, and that purpose alone, we provide them with your name and home address. ZLS Digital have confirmed that they are committed to ensuring that your information is secure and that all data is held on a private UK based server network with single point, firewall protected internet access through their hosting company. They have confirmed that they have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information. We take looking after your information very seriously. We’ve implemented appropriate measures to protect the personal information we have under our control, both on and off-line, from improper access or use.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information using the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information sent to us this way, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted via our site.

Even though we try our best we cannot guarantee the security of information. However, we will do everything we reasonably can to prevent security breaches and to assist authorities should any breaches occur, and we will notify you if there is a threat to your rights or interests.
